What is the difference between a domain and hosting?
A domain is your website's address, such as yourbusiness.co.ke. Hosting is the computer space where your website's files live so people can visit it. You need both, and they can be bought from different companies.
Should I choose a .co.ke or a .com domain?
A .co.ke domain tells customers you are a Kenyan business and is a strong choice for local trade. A .com suits businesses that sell internationally. Many businesses register both and point one to the other. We advise based on who your customers are.
Will the domain and hosting be in my name?
